Terms of Use

The GOAL Platform is a free e-learning platform developed within the GOAL project (code ROBG00276), financed by the Interreg VI-A Romania–Bulgaria 2021–2027 programme and implemented in partnership by GAL Inima Giurgiului Association (Romania) and Polifonia (Bulgaria) (the “Partners”).

The Platform offers online courses structured into modules and lessons, video materials, downloadable files and progress-tracking tools.

To save your progress and access all features, you can create a free account. When registering you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.

The Platform is intended for people aged 16 or over. Minors may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Platform may be used solely for personal, educational purposes. The following are prohibited: commercial use; sharing your account with others; attempting unauthorised access to systems or other users' data; automated copying (scraping) of content; publishing content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

The Platform's content — courses, video materials, texts, PDF files, graphics — belongs to the Partners and/or the lecturers and is protected by copyright law.

You may download the materials made available (for example worksheets) solely for individual study. Reproducing, distributing or publishing the content for other purposes requires the Partners' prior written consent.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

The educational content is for information purposes and does not constitute professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Partners are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts.
